2. How We Process Your Files
NotebookLM PDF Processing: When you upload a PDF file, it is temporarily stored in memory on our server solely for watermark removal processing. The file is processed immediately and permanently deleted from our servers within minutes after processing completes. We do not retain, archive, or back up your PDF files. Gemini Image Processing: Image watermark removal happens entirely in your web browser using client-side technology. Your images are never uploaded to our servers, never transmitted over the network, and never stored anywhere except temporarily in your browser's memory. This ensures 100% privacy for your image files.
3. Data Storage and Security
Account Data: We store only your email address, name, and credit balance securely in our database. File Storage: We do NOT store your uploaded PDF files or images. PDF files are kept in temporary server memory only during processing (typically less than 1 minute) and are immediately deleted. Gemini images never leave your browser and are never stored on our servers. Security Measures: All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your account information. Since we don't store your files, there is no risk of your documents or images being compromised in a data breach.
4. Information Sharing

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to: (a) Access your account information at any time; (b) Correct or update your account information; (c) Delete your account and all associated data; (d) Request information about what data we store about you. Since we do not store your uploaded PDF files or images, there is no file data to delete - files are automatically deleted immediately after processing. You can delete your account at any time through your account settings, which will permanently remove your email, name, and account information from our database.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website uses analytics services (such as Microsoft Clarity) to understand how users interact with our service and improve user experience. These services may collect anonymous usage data. We do not share any personally identifiable information or your uploaded files with these services. You can opt out of analytics tracking using browser extensions or privacy settings.
